Police Responding To Fatal Traffic Crash At White Rock 20 August

The Forensic Crash Unit are investigating following a fatal traffic crash in White Rock on 15 August.

Around 5.30pm, a 70-year-old White Rock man was located unresponsive on Yangoora Street.

Initial information suggests he was riding a bicycle when he fell and sustained a serious head injury.

He was transported to Cairns Hospital where he was declared deceased on 18 August.

Police will prepare a report for the Coroner.

Investigations are continuing.
