Police Responding To Fatal Traffic Crash At Bundaberg 25 August

A motorcyclist has died following a traffic crash in Walkervale this morning, 25 August.

About 8.05am, police and emergency services were called to a traffic crash on Barolin Street involving a silver Nissan X-trail, white Toyota Hilux and a CF Moto motorbike.

The rider of the motorbike, a 71-year-old Kawungan man was declared deceased at the scene.

The driver of the Nissan, a 75-year-old Tinana woman was taken to Bundaberg Hospital as a precaution.

The driver of the Hilux, a 61-year-old North Isis man, was not physically injured.

Forensic Crash Unit (FCU) investigations are ongoing.

Police are appealing to witnesses or anyone with relevant dashcam or CCTV to come forward.
