Police Responding To Fatal Traffic Crash At South Bingera

The Forensic Crash Unit is investigating following a fatal traffic crash at South Bingera this afternoon, 12 October.

Initial investigations indicate that around 1pm, a black Yamaha motorcycle was travelling along South Bingera Road when it collided with a blue Ford Ranger towing a trailer.

The rider of the motorcycle, a 42-year-old Pacific Paradise man, was declared deceased at the scene.

The driver of the Ranger, a 52-year-old South Kolan man, was not physically injured.

Investigators are appealing for any witnesses, or anyone with relevant dashcam footage, to contact police.

Investigations are ongoing.
