Police Responding To Fatal Traffic Crash At Broadbeach 1 November

Forensic Crash Unit officers are investigating a motorbike crash after a teenager rider died in Broadbeach early this morning.

Initial inquiries indicate at 3.03am the SurRon Ultra Bee Electric Dirt Bike was travelling on Broadbeach Road when the rider has lost control and fallen from the bike.

The rider, a 15-year-old Worongary boy, died at the scene.

Investigations are ongoing to establish if speed was a contributing factor to the crash.
