Police Responding To Fatal Traffic Crash At Epsom 21 January

Two people have died as a result of a two-vehicle crash on the Peak Downs Highway, about 20km north of Nebo, last night, 20 January.

About 10.10pm, a westbound Toyota Hilux utility collided head-on with an eastbound Mitsubishi Triton.

The 49-year-old male driver and sole occupant of the Triton was declared deceased at the scene, as was the 39-year-old female driver and sole occupant of the Hilux.

The Forensic Crash Unit is investigating the circumstances leading to the crash.

Anyone who was travelling in the area around the time of the crash and may have information is urged to contact police.
