The Forensic Crash Unit is investigating a fatal two-vehicle traffic crash at Witheren (Scenic Rim) on 16 April.
Just before 9am, a Suzuki motorcycle travelling on Beaudesert Nerang Road collided with a truck travelling in the opposite direction near the Coomera River Bridge.
The motorbike rider, a 28-year-old Coomera man, died at the scene.
The 30-year-old male driver of the truck was not physically injured.
Investigators are appealing to anyone who may have witnessed the incident or who has vision to contact police.
Forensic Crash Unit investigations into the circumstances leading up to the crash are ongoing.
