Police Responding To Fatal Traffic Crash At Hazeldean

A man in his 20s has died following a fatal traffic crash in Hazeldean last night, 4 October.

Emergency services were called to the intersection of Billy Can Creek Road and Esk Kilcoy Road just after 8.30pm, following reports a Toyota Landcruiser had lost control and crashed.

Upon arrival, officers located the driver of the vehicle, a 25-year-old Mount Pleasant man, deceased.

His two passengers, a woman and a man, were transported to hospital in non-life-threatening conditions.

The Forensic Crash Unit is investigating.
