Forensic Crash Unit officers are investigating a single vehicle traffic crash in the Toolara State Forest yesterday afternoon.
Around 2.30pm, a Toyota Corolla was travelling along an unsealed forestry road, Kelly Three Road, when the vehicle left the road and hit a tree.
The driver and sole occupant of the car, a 47-year-old Maryborough woman, died at the scene.
Investigations are continuing.
