Police responding to fatal traffic crash at Jondaryan

Police are investigating a fatal traffic crash at Jondaryan last night.

Around 11.30pm it is believed a utility and a prime mover with two trailers collided on the Warrego Highway, 5km east of Jondaryan.

The 28-year-old male driver of the utility, from Captains Mountain, died at the scene.

The driver of the truck, a 68-year-old man from Roma, was not physically injured.

Investigations by the Forensic Crash Unit are continuing with officers appealing for anyone who witnessed the crash, or has dash cam vision, to contact them.
