Police responding to fatal traffic crash at Upper Coomera

Police are investigating a fatal traffic crash where three people died at Upper Coomera last night.

Around 6pm, two vehicles collided on Rifle Range Road.

The male driver and his female passenger were pronounced deceased at the scene.

A third male passenger from the same car was transported to Gold Coast University Hospital in a critical condition where he later died.

The 28-year-old male driver of the second vehicle was transported to Gold Coast University Hospital in a serious condition.

The Forensic Crash Unit is investigating.
