Forensic Crash Unit officers are seeking witnesses or dashcam vision of a fatal traffic crash on Saturday.
Preliminary inquiries indicate at 3.45pm a black Mitsubishi Lancer was headed outbound on the Ipswich Motorway travelling at high speed. Just before the Gailes / Camira turn off, the car has hit the middle concrete barrier and flipped coming to rest on it roof.
The driver, a 32-year-old Durack woman died at the scene. She was the only person in the vehicle.
Investigators are appealing for anyone with relevant dashcam vision or anyone who witnessed the Lancer prior to the crash to contact police.
