A person has died following a crash in Northwood this morning.
Police and emergency services were called to reports of a truck on fire on the Hume Freeway around 6.40am.
It is believed a truck travelling northbound on the Hume Freeway has rolled before becoming engulfed in flames.
Sadly, the sole occupant of the truck, who is yet to be identified, died at the scene.
The circumstances of the crash are under investigation.
