Police are investigating a traffic crash involving a silver hatch back in Everton Park yesterday evening (June 27).
Initial information indicates, at around 7.30pm, the car was travelling east on Stafford Road when it left the roadway and collided with a tree.
A 47-year-old Holmview woman who was driving the car, was transported by QAS to the Royal Brisbane Hospital with serious injuries.
Two children who were passengers were transported to the Children's Hospital for assessment.
The Forensic Crash Unit investigation is continuing.
Police urge any witnesses or anyone with dash cam footage to contact police.
