Police responding to serious traffic crash at Beenleigh

Police are investigating a serious two vehicle traffic crash that occurred in Beenleigh this morning (January 25).

Initial investigations indicate at around 9.35am, a red Subaru Impreza heading south on Kent Street and a white Mitsubishi Triton heading west on Alamein Street collided causing the Triton to roll several times.

The driver of the Triton received serious but non-life-threatening injuries as a result of the crash and was transported to the Princess Alexandra Hospital for treatment.

The driver of the Subaru was uninjured.

Police are appealing to any members of the public who may have witnessed the crash or have relevant dash-cam footage to contact police.

Forensic Crash Unit is investigating.
