Police responding to traffic crash at Pimpama

Police have arrested four juveniles following a traffic crash in Pimpama overnight.

Around 1.45am, an alleged stolen Hyundai I30 hatchback collided with a Queensland Police Service dog squad vehicle on Yawalpah Road.

The driver and passengers in the stolen vehicle fled the scene.

The officer and police dog were not injured in the crash.

Four juveniles were arrested a short time later.

Investigations are continuing.
