Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate missing teenager Jordan Van Stravern, Victoria Police say.
The 13-year-old was last seen in Broadmeadows on 16 November.
He is described as 170cm tall, slim build with sort brown spikey hair.
Jordan was last seen wearing a black hooded jumper with a zip over the breast pocket, black shorts and runners and carrying an Adidas backpack with white writing with him.
Police have concerns for his welfare due to his age.
Police have released an image of Jordan in the hope someone recognises him and can provide information regarding his current whereabouts.
Anyone with information about Jordan is urged to contact Broadmeadows Police Station on 9302 8222.
