Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate missing 57-year-old Chaim Herschberg, also known as Harry, Victoria Police say.
Harry was last seen at his home address on Murrong Avenue in Bentleigh East on Thursday about 10pm.
It is believed he was wearing a black t-shirt and jeans at the time.
Police and family are concerned for his welfare as he has a medical condition that requires regular medication and this is very out of character for him.
Harry is described as being 170cm tall with a solid build.
Investigators have released an image of Harry in the hope someone recognises him and has information relating to his current whereabouts.
