Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate missing woman Emma Thompson and her two-year-old son Jordan, Victoria Police say.
The 29-year-old was last seen at Kernot Cres, Noble Park North on her way to a local park at 7pm on 22 November.
Police and family have concerns for Emma’s welfare due to her having a medical condition.
She is described as about 160cm tall with a medium build and brown hair.
Emma was last seen wearing black pants and a pink/grey shirt.
She is believed to frequent the Narre Warren and Moe areas.
Police have released an image of Emma in the hope that someone can provide information on her current whereabouts.
Anyone who sights Emma and her son or has information on her whereabouts is urged to contact Dandenong Police Station on 9767 7444.
