Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate missing 54-year-old Kwin Joi Ten, Victoria Police say.
Kwin was last seen in Victoria Street, Brunswick East on Saturday about 8am.
Police and family are concerned for his welfare as Kwin is deaf and has communication difficulties.
Investigators have released an image of Kwin in the hope someone may know his whereabouts.
He is described as perceived to be Asian in appearance, 180cm tall, medium build with short black/grey hair, wearing a brown and black zip up jacket, jeans, black safety boots and walks with a limp.
He is known to frequent the St Albans and CBD areas.
Anyone with information in relation to his whereabouts is urged to contact Sunshine Police Station on 9313 3333.
