Police are searching for missing Altona Meadows man, James.
The 68-year-old was last seen at a hospital on Victoria Parade, Fitzroy on Saturday morning, 22 May.
James is described as being tall in stature, of thin build and was last seen wearing a maroon jumper, black jeans and black sneakers.
Police and family hold concerns for James as he has a medical condition which requires regular medication.
Anyone with information regarding James' whereabouts is urged to contact Altona Police Station on 9392 3111.
