Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate missing boy Chizuruoke.
The 9-year-old was last seen at Mill Park stables on Childs Road in Mill Park about 4.40pm.
He was wearing a white t-shirt, black shorts with polka dots, red Nike shoes and was carrying a bag.
Police and family have concerns for his welfare due to his age, a medical condition and he is not familiar with the area.
Police have released an image of Chizuruoke in the hope that someone recognises him and can provide information regarding his current whereabouts.
Anyone with information about Chizuruoke is asked to contact Mill Park Police Station on 9407 3333.
