Police are seeking public assistance to help locate missing boy Zack.
The 12-year-old was last seen at his Carrum Downs address about 5pm Tuesday afternoon.
Zack is described as about 160cm with a medium build and short brown hair.
When last seen he was wearing a brown camouflage hoodie, blue shorts and black runners.
Police have concerns for Zack's welfare due to his young age.
Zack is known to frequent the Carrum Downs and Frankston areas.
Investigators have released an image of Zack in the hope someone recognises him and can provide information regarding his current whereabouts.
Anyone with information about Zack is asked to contact the Carrum Downs Police Station on 9365 3333.
