Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate missing man Jurgen.
The 62-year-old was last seen leaving his Barkley Street home in West Footscray about 5pm on Wednesday 10 November.
Police and family have concerns for his welfare as he may be disorientated and confused due to a medical condition.
He was last seen wearing a white t-shirt, dark jacket, and dark green pants with white stripes.
It is believed Jurgen will be on foot and may be using a walking frame.
Police have released an image of Jurgen and urge anyone with information on his whereabouts to contact Footscray Police Station on 8398 9800.
