Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate missing girl April.
The 11-year-old was last seen at her home address in Tucker Street, Breakwater earlier this morning.
Police and family are concerned for April as she suffers from a number of medical conditions and may be disorientated.
April is described as 170cm, slim build with shoulder length brown hair.
Anyone who sights April is urged to contact Geelong Police Station on 5225 3100.
