Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate missing 16-year-old Alana Sargeson.
Alana was last seen at a home in Traralgon on Wednesday 9 September about 5.45pm.
Police are concerned for Alana's welfare due to her age.
Police have released an image of Alana in the hope someone recognises her and can provide information on her current whereabouts.
It is believed she may be in the Geelong North area.
Anyone who sees Alana is urged to contact Traralgon Police Station on 03 5172 2777.
