Police search for missing girl at Browns Plains

Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate a 14-year-old girl reported missing from the Browns Plains area since Saturday afternoon.

The girl (pictured) was last seen at a shopping centre on Browns Plains Road at around 2pm and has not contacted family since.

Police hold concerns for her welfare as this behaviour is out of character.

The girl is described as Caucasian in appearance, approximately 164cm tall, of a medium build with long red hair and brown eyes.

Anyone with information about her location is urged to contact police.
