Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate missing girl Athiang.
The 12-year-old was last seen at her Brookfield address about 8pm last night.
Police and family have concerns for her welfare due to her age and her disappearance is out of character.
Athiang is described as having a slim build with short brown hair and brown hair.
She was last seen wearing pink tights, a blue shirt and white hoodie with a flower motif.
Anyone who sights Athiang is urged to contact Melton Police Station on 9747 7999.
