Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate missing 13-year-old St Albans girl Sainima Bland.
Sainima was last seen about 2.30pm today as she boarded a train at Flinders Street as part of a school excursion.
Police and family have concerns for her as she has not been in Victoria long and does not know her way around.
She was last wearing dark green pants, a red polo with white shoes and a black backpack.
Police have also released an image of Sainima in the hope someone recognises her and can provide information regarding her current whereabouts.
Anyone with information about Sainima is asked to contact Sunshine Police Station on 9313 3333.
