Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate missing man Adam.
The 45-year-old was last seen in Somerville about 1pm on Sunday 24 July and may be driving a grey 2004 Honda Accord with registration 1UJ6XN.
Adam is Caucasian, of medium height and slim build.
Police and family have concerns for his welfare due to a medical condition.
Police have released an image of Adam and urge anyone with information on his whereabouts to contact Hastings Police Station on 03 5970 7800.
