Police are appealing for public assistance to locate missing Rosebud man Bernard.
The 84-year-old was last seen leaving a residence on Waterfall Gully Road about 9.30pm on 28 March.
Bernard was travelling in a 2008 Subaru Outback SUV, registration WGD037.
Police and family are concerned for Bernard's welfare as he lives with dementia.
He was last seen wearing a light blue shirt, grey trousers and a navy-blue jacket.
