Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate missing man Brett Newton.
The 47-year-old was last seen in Grovedale about 5pm on 20 November.
Police and family hold concerns for Brett's welfare as he suffers from a medical condition requiring treatment.
Brett is Caucasian in appearance, 178cm tall, has a medium build and dark hair which is thinning on top and longer at the back.
Brett was wearing dark trousers and a chequered shirt when he went missing but may have other clothes with him.
He is likely to be travelling in a white 1996 Mazda van, registration WBL022.
Investigators have released a photo of Brett in the hope someone may recognise him and be able to provide information on his whereabouts.
