Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate missing man Carl.
The 66-year-old was last seen at his Pakenham home about 6pm.
Police and family have concerns for Carl's welfare due to his medical conditions.
Police have released an image of Carl in the hope someone may have seen him.
Carl is described as having a medium build, shaved head and beard.
He was last seen wearing a black Kathmandu jacket, blue denim shirt, blue jeans and black runners.
Anyone who sights Carl or has information on his whereabouts is urged to contact Pakenham Police Station on 5945 2500.
