Police are appealing for public information to help locate missing man George.
The 90-year-old was last seen in Lynden Street in Camberwell about 12pm on 29 August.
George has Alzheimer's and other medical conditions and may walk for hours.
An image of George has been released in the hope someone can provide information on his current whereabouts.
Anyone who sights George is urged to call Camberwell Police Station on 9882 0688.
