Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate missing George Psaltopoulos.
The 43-year-old was last seen at a Box Hill medical facility about 8.50am today.
Police and family hold concerns for George as he has a medical condition and requires treatment.
George is described as 170cm tall with a thin build, tattoos on his forearms and earrings in both ears.
He is known to frequent Box Hill Central shopping centre and the general Box Hill area.
Police have released images of George in the hope someone may recognise him and provide information regarding his current whereabouts.
Anyone who sights George is urged to contact Box Hill Police Station on 8892 3200.
