Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate missing man Glenn.
The 61-year-old was last seen in Shepparton about 11am today.
Police and family have concerns for Glenn as he has a medical condition.
He is described as Caucasian, about 178cm tall with a slim build and shoulder length grey hair and a grey beard.
He was last seen wearing a blue hospital gown and hiking boots.
Glenn is known to frequent the Shepparton area.
Police have released an image of Glenn and urge anyone with information on his whereabouts to contact Shepparton Police Station on 5820 5777.
