Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate missing 27-year-old Sandringham man Matthew Warner.
Matthew was last seen at his home address at 5pm on Tuesday 29 December.
Police have concerns for his welfare due to a medical condition.
Matthew is described as Caucasian, 183cm tall with a thin build and short brown hair.
Police have released an image of Matthew in the hope that someone recognises him and can provide information regarding his current whereabouts.
