Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate missing man Ricardo.
The 79-year-old was last seen in Noble Park about 9.30am but may be in the Parkmore or Dandenong south areas.
Ricardo was last seen wearing a navy jacket blue jeans and was carrying a dark-coloured backpack.
Police and family have concerns for his welfare as he has dementia and other medical issues which require medication.
An image of Ricardo has been released in the hope someone can provide information on his current whereabouts.
Anyone who sights Ricardo is urged to call Springvale Police Station on 8558 8600.
