Police are seeking public assistance to help locate missing Ringwood North man Richard Stevens.
The 58-year-old was last seen leaving his Wonga Road home on 17 November about 3pm and has not returned.
Police and loved ones have concerns for his welfare as he suffers from a medical condition.
Investigators have released an image of Richard in the hope someone recognises him and can provide information regarding his current whereabouts.
He is known to frequent railway stations and the Eastland Shopping Centre.
Anyone with information about Richard's whereabouts is asked to contact Ringwood Police Station on 9871 3000.
