Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate missing Melton man Ricky Hooker.
The 59-year-old was last seen at his Gretel Grove home about 10.30am today.
Police and family hold concerns for Ricky as his disappearance is out of character.
Ricky is believed to be travelling in a dark blue 2003 Holden Commodore sedan with registration SQO-145.
Police have released an image of Ricky in the hope someone recognises him and can provide information regarding his current whereabouts.
Anyone who sees Ricky or with information is urged to contact Melton Police Station on 9747 7999.
