Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate missing man Warren.
The 45-year-old was last seen in Seaford on 21 July.
He is described as 183cm tall with shaved brown hair and has tattoos on his face arms and chest
Police and family have concerns for his welfare due to a medical condition.
Police have released an image of Warren and urge anyone with information on his whereabouts to contact Frankston Police Station on 9784 5555.
