Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate missing Mooroolbark woman Yasmina Sims.
The 19-year-old was last seen at an address on Bridges Avenue about 8.30pm yesterday.
It's believed Yasmina climbed out her bedroom window sometime between 8.30pm last night and 7am today.
Police and family have concerns for Yasmina's welfare as she has autism and requires a high level of support in day to day life.
Last time she went missing she was located at a reserve in Montrose.
Police have released an image of Yasmina in the hope someone may have information on her current whereabouts.
Yasmina is described having a thin build, with short brown hair and hazel eyes.
It's believed she left the house wearing only pyjamas and a grey jumper that is not suitable for the cold, wet weather conditions.
Anyone with information about Yasmina's whereabouts is asked to contact Mooroolbark Police Station on 9725 9999.
