Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate 30-year-old woman Rupinder Bassi and her two children, Imaan and Jasmine, Victoria Police say.
Rupinder was last seen with one-year-old Imaan and nine-year-old Jasmine leaving a Devenport Ave, Taylors Hill address about 3pm on 6 March.
Police and family are concerned for their welfare as their disappearance is out of character.
They are believed to travelling in a silver coloured 2006 Honda Accord sedan.
Investigators have released pictures of Rupindeer, Imaan and Jasmine in the hope that someone may recognise them.
Anyone who sees Rupindeer or the children are urged to contact Crime Stoppers.
