Police search for missing Norlane teenager Abitha

Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate missing teenager Abitha.

The 13-year-old was last seen at her Norlane address about 10pm on 3 January.

Investigators believe she was at the Geelong Railway Station on 4 January about 7.30am and may be in the company of a male described as Indian Sub-Continental in appearance.

Police are concerned for her welfare due to her age and the length of time she has been missing.

A photo of Abitha has been released in the hope that it may lead to information on her current whereabouts.

She was last seen wearing a traditional long purple dress with similar patterns to the dress pictured below.

Anyone who sights Abitha or has information is urged to contact Corio Police Station on 5273 9555.
