Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate missing teen Jackson May, Victoria Police say.
The 13-year-old was last seen at his home address on Polydor Court in Epping about midday on Sunday 28 July.
Police and family members hold concerns for Jackson due to his age.
Investigators believe he may be frequenting the Warrnambool area.
He is described as Caucasian in appearance with black hair and brown eyes and was last seen wearing a black cap, camouflage puffer vest of a purple Adidas jacket, Khaki pants and Nike runners.
He was carrying a pale blue Nike satchel.
An image of Jackson has been released in the hope someone has information on his whereabouts.
Anyone who sights Jackson or has information on his current whereabouts is urged to contact Epping Police Station on 9409 8100.
