Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate missing teenager Mitchel Byass.
The 13-year-old was last seen in Albert Park yesterday afternoon.
He was wearing his school uniform and is described as 156cm tall, dark brown hair and has his left ear pierced.
He is known to frequent the South Melbourne area.
An image has been released in the hope someone recognises him or has information regarding his whereabouts.
Anyone who sees Mitchel or has information on his current whereabouts is urged to contact South Melbourne Police Station on 9257 3800.
