Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate missing Templestowe woman Alison Chivers.
The 39-year-old was last seen at her home address in Clarke Street about 6am on Sunday 6 December.
Police and family are concerned for Alison's welfare as she suffers from a medical condition and requires regular medication.
An image of Alison has been released in the hope someone will come forward with information about her current whereabouts.
She is known to frequent Templestowe and Melbourne CBD.
Anyone with information is urged to call Doncaster Police Station on 8841 3999.
