Police are appealing for public assistance to locate missing Reservoir woman Aleyah.
The 18-year-old was last seen leaving a property on Davidson Street about 2pm on Monday, 6 April.
Police and family have concerns for Aleyah's welfare due to medical conditions and her disappearance being out of character.
Aleyah left in a black Suzuki Swift with the registration CTA-419. The car was last seen displaying red P-plates.
It is believed she may have travelled to the East Gippsland area.
Investigators have released an image of Aleyah in the hope that someone recognises her and can provide information on her whereabouts.
Aleyah is described as being around 152cm tall, of thin build with long brown hair.
She was last seen wearing a floral top, grey pants and sneakers.
