Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate missing woman Danielle.
The 41-year-old was last seen about 4pm on Glen Huntly Road in Caulfield.
Danielle is described as having grey/blonde hair and was wearing a red cardigan, grey track pants and no shoes.
Police and family have concerns for her welfare due to medical conditions and she is not familiar with the Caulfield area.
An image of Danielle has been released in the hope someone may recognise her.
Anyone who sights Annabelle or has information on her whereabouts is urged to contact Caulfield Police Station on 9524 9500.
