Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate missing woman Divina.
The 80-year-old was last seen leaving a medical facility on Princess Highway, Werribee about 8.40pm on Friday 23 December.
Investigators believe Divina may have boarded a train and left the area.
Divina, who has dementia, is approximately 157cm tall with a thin build and was last seen wearing a navy blue spray jacket, red pants and a black hat.
Police and family are concerned for her welfare.
Anyone who sights Divina or has information on her whereabouts is urged to contact Werribee Police Station on 9742 9444.
