Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate missing woman Donna.
The 53-year-old was last seen leaving on a Frankston bound bus from Westfield Knox about 1pm.
Donna is described as 160cm tall with short brown hair and was wearing a dark blue denim jacket, blue top, dark pants and pink/purple runners.
Police and family have concerns for her welfare as she has autism and is non-verbal.
An image of Donna has been released in the hope someone has information about her current whereabouts.
Anyone with information on her whereabouts is urged to contact Knox Police Station on 9881 7000.
